OAS to feature Dominican Photo Exhibit in May 2010
Washington, DC, 04/30/2010Following on from the success of Photo Exhibits in both Santo Domingo and Santiago last year, a hugely popular Expo showcasing images from the picture book, “New Perspectives: Dominican Republic” is traveling to the US.
Global Foundation for Democracy (GFDD) and its sister institution in Santo Domingo, Fundación Global Democracia y Desarrollo (FUNGLODE), in collaboration with the Organization of American States Department of Cultural Affairs / Secretariat for External Relations, and Art Museum of the Americas , will display a selection of over 30 photo images documenting the country’s beautiful and varied landscapes.
