The Photo Exhibit, which runs the whole month of May at the OAS in Washington DC , is keenly supported by Dominican President Leonel Fernandez, and forms part of GFDD/FUNGLODE’s overall goal to promote the DR, disseminate information about the country, as well as strengthen appreciation and respect for its culture and ecological heritage.
His Excellency, Roberto B Saladin, Ambassador of the DR to the United States and the permanent Ambassador of the DR at the OAS Virgilio Alcántara, also endorsed the project and confirmed their participation.
